  • Initial Consultation – A structured site or virtual meeting to review project scope, assess feasibility, and establish a realistic budget framework. (From $250 – $300 fixed fee)

  • Quote & Documentation Review – Detailed evaluation of contractor proposals to ensure they are complete, transparent, and cost-effective. (From $200 fixed fee)

Outcome: Reduced risk of costly mistakes, clearer project direction, and a confident start to the build process.

ATC provides independent monitoring and reporting to ensure work is delivered to agreed quality, safety, and compliance standards. This oversight reduces risk, improves efficiency, and supports timely resolution of issues.

Services include:

  • Progress Inspections – Regular on-site assessments at key stages, with written reports and photographic documentation. (From $150–$200 per visit)

  • Comprehensive Support Package – Continuous advisory and oversight services from project initiation to final handover. (From $1,200–$1,500 package rate)
